The conference will feature talks from renowned speakers who are innovators in their respective fields. The format will include four separate talks that deal with a range of relevant topics.

Each talk will be followed by a Q&A session that will allow audience members to interact directly with the speakers. Lunch will be served for all guests during which you will be able meet and network with your fellow entrepreneurs.

Dr. Donald Patrick Lim is the Country CEO of the Dentsu Aegis Network Philippines. Prior to his current role, he is the Chief Digital Officer of ABS-CBN Corporation, and before that, as Chief Innovation Officer of McCann Worldgroup Philippines and Managing Director of the digital arm of McCann, MRM Manila, 2011 4As Agency of the Year for Digital Excellence and Campaign Southeast Asia Philippine Digital Agency of the Year. Before McCann, he was the former President and CEO of Yehey! Corporation and also President and CEO of Media Contacts Manila.

Arnaud is the Director of Corporate Innovation at 500 Startups. His recent report on How do the World’s Biggest Companies Deal with the Start­up Revolution? details the bullish efforts by Multinational Corporations to engage start­ups and leverage on their capabilities.
Prior to 500 Startups, Arnaud was part of INSEAD, where he was responsible for facilitating interactions between MBA students/alumni and the Entrepreneurship ecosystem. Arnaud is also working on his spare time to develop some tools for the startup ecosystem: Asia Funding / M&A Newsletter and Singapore Startup Ecosystem & Entrepreneur Toolbox.

Kei shimada

Kei is a Japanese American entrepreneur born in New York. He has worked for Panasonic, Lucent Technologies, Cybird, all leading companies in their respective industries before establishing his successful mobile strategy firm, Infinita. For over 10 years, Kei has devoted his time to helping Japanese companies with their mobile product and service strategies in expanding across borders and likewise guided International companies with their entry into Japan.
He is now Director of Business Development at Dentsu's product innovation section, the Future Communications Department, where he is going beyond the companies traditional advertising business to cultivate new global business opportunities in the digital arena. He is fully bilingual in Japanese and English, and is a regular at industry events such as the Mobile Marketing Forum, Mobile World Congress, Ad:Tech, Festival of Media, CommunicAsia, X|Media|Lab, Mobile 2.0, Telecom Asia and has done keynote presentations and panel moderation in over a 20 countries around the globe.

He joined Google in 2013 after working for a small digital start-up agency in Germany and selling office supplies business-to-business in the United States. He strongly believes in the power of agencies to be a key driver for business innovation and development.

Jennifer Alcabao (Moderator)

Jennie is a Director at ICCP Venture Partners. A seasoned investment professional, she has more than 16 years of experience in venture capital investing, corporate finance, and investment banking. Jennie has considerable experience in managing e-commerce and consumer product or service investments.
Prior to joining ICCP Ventures Partners, Jennie worked with two of the top investment banks in the Philippines,PCI Capital (now BDO Capital) and RCBC Capital, where she handled, corporate restructuring, private placements, and mergers and acquisition engagements.
Jennie holds a Master of Science Degree in Finance, graduating with honors, and graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration, both degrees from the University of the Philippines.

Vikram Bharati is a global minded investment professional with 10 years of international corporate banking and capital markets experience. He has deep industry expertise in providing financial advisory and global banking solutions for Fortune 500 companies and government organizations around the world. Vikram Bharati was previously Vice President at JPMorgan Chase where he was a founding member of a new office in Los Angeles created to capture the midsize municipal credit market in California. Prior to that he worked at JPMorgan with some of the largest global corporations in a diversity of industries including technology, media, telecom, healthcare, retail, apparel, f&b, automotive, airlines, manufacturing, energy, utilities, and insurance. He was also the first member of a team to be sent to Seattle during the previous economic recession when JP Morgan acquired Washington Mutual Bank, where he helped manage and grow a large portfolio of corporate clients. Vikram Bharati holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of California, Riverside and an MBA from the University of Southern California.

Under Mario's leadership, Easy Taxi (Rocket Internet-backed company) become Asia's biggest taxi application with operations in 9 countries and counting.
Mario also established and manage regional and global partnerships with top tech companies like We Chat, Waze, Line and Xiaomi as well as top local partners among Malls, Telecom Operators and big brands in the FMCG space.
With more than 6 years in the region, Mario is passionate about building and training sales, marketing and operations teams across Asia and fostering entrepreneurship throughout various speaking events he had performed across the region and around the globe.

Prior to Endeavor, Manny founded Hatchd, a tech incubator in the Philippines that has built a portfolio of consumer tech companies, and was a co-founder of IRG Ltd, a Hong Kong based M&A advisory boutique, where he worked on various transactions in the Telecoms, Media and Tech sectors across the Asia Pacific. Manny is also a past president of the Philippine Chapter of Entrepreneurs Organization (“EO”) and sits on the Board of Directors of Sky Cable. He has an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA from Yale University.

Yuma tanaka

Associate, Draper Nexus

Yuma joined the Draper Nexus team with a unique background of startup and enterprise experience.
He returns to the startup scene after having worked at the asset management division of Mitsubishi Corporation, where he was involved in structuring, fundraising, and operating funds in various domains such as real estate, renewable energy, and hedge funds.
Prior to Mitsubishi, he was the co-founder of a product marketing / branding startup that dealt with Japanese products in overseas markets.
He is currently interested in leveraging his experience in finance to investigate how various technologies are disrupting the financial services sector.
He has a Bachelor of Law Degree from Keio University.
